By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
About our Services
Diligent provides fund administration and related back-office services to investment funds and their managers. This website is informational. The portals provide secure access for clients, fund managers, and limited partners (LPs) to documents, statements, and related functions.
Eligibility
The Services are intended for businesses, fund managers, and professional or accredited investors. By using the Services you represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any entity you represent.
Portal accounts and security
- Portal access requires an account and is limited to authorized users.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Two-factor authentication is required for portal logins. You agree to keep your contact and authentication details current.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with security or operations, uploading malicious code, scraping, or using the Services in violation of applicable law.
